Fabulous, friendly service
We used Gurpul at Newington Pharmacy for our travel vaccines. He was extremely helpful, informative and as someone who hates needles was also very gentle and patient. Great service, highly recommended!
Brilliant service and helpful staff
I have been coming to Newington Pharmacy for nearly 4 years, in all that time I can honestly say that they have bent over backwards to help my husband and I with our prescriptions. They have helped with humour, patience and professionalism. I would like to thank all the staff but particularly to Theresa who always goes the extra mile. Once again Thank You

The service is currently limited toi the following common ailments. We expect more conditions to be added in due course.
If you require care for a differnet problem you can always use or private prescription service. Our precribing pharmacist can porovide you with prescription-strength medication without the need to see a GP.
Pharmacy First is NHS-funded and is free if you're exempt from prescription charges; if you are not exempt from prescription fees, you would pay the standard prescription fee.
Our prescribing pharmacist has undergone additional training to prescribe the same medicines your GP might. We will take the same care you would expect from a doctor; this includes gathering information about your overall health and conducting a proper assessment before we consider prescribing any medication.
Your safety and well-being is paramount.
Yes! We offer remote consulation if you feel unable to attend in person. Simply call to discuss your concerns.
Please Note: Earache consultations are only available in person
You can book ahead if the timing is crucial, but you can also walk in; there may be a little wait depending on how busy we are, but we aim to see you as quickly as possible.
We can supply prescription-strength medicines which can treat the condition not simply alleviate the symptoms.
Let us know if you continue to feel unwell, and we can advise or, if necessary, refer you for further help.
